While visiting Jordan and co-Matthews, Phelps stopped at a kegger where partied with beer, marijuana and some quality Roor glass.. Olympic swimming sensation Michael Phelp has been exposed as a bong-toking pothead in a photo circulating on the Internet, adopted on November 6 at the University of South Carolina in Columbia.
